Answer: You should get your item within 3-8 business days. This allows us time to process your order, and get it shipped out. International orders outside the US can take a bit longer within 9-15 business days .

We accidentally ordered the wrong Item, how can we change it?

If the item hasn't been shipped yet, we can modify the order for you. If it's already on the way to you, then it's a bit tough because it's already been shipped. Please contact support and they will get the item changed for you, most people notice it right after they order and we can get it switched for them pretty easily. Send us an email and we'll let you know.

The pillows I received was damaged, how can I get a new one?

Unfortunately, from time to time, pillow covers do get damaged when packaging / transit. We have no problem sending you out one as a replacement if this happens. Please just send us a photo with the damaged one and your order details to support@efolki-decor.com and we'll get you a new one out!
